How to Track Your Order with DispensaryExchange.com

Thank you for choosing DispensaryExchange.com! We want to make sure you stay informed about the status of your order. Here’s a simple guide on how to check and track your order:

Checking Order Status:

  1. Account Dashboard: The easiest way to track your order is by logging into your account dashboard. Check the most recent order history to view the current status in the fulfillment process.

  2. Order Email: Your tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as the shipping label is created. Keep an eye on your inbox for this notification.

  3. Carrier Website: Once the shipping label is created, you can track your package on the carrier’s website.

Order Processing Details:

  • We typically have a 1-2 business day lead time for packing and shipping.

  • Expect delivery in 1-5 business days, depending on the chosen shipping method.

  • Note that USPS only picks up packages Monday – Friday, so weekend orders may experience delays.

  • In case of delayed shipments after fulfillment, contact USPS directly at (800) 275-8777.

Changes and Cancellations:

  • To cancel/refund your order before shipping, contact us at support@dispensaryexchange.com

  • If your order is already in transit, you’ll need to return the unopened shipment for a full refund.

Shipping Terms and Considerations:

  • Order turnaround time covers processing (printing, packaging, and shipping), and the shipping ETA starts once the package is picked up by the chosen carrier.

  • We ship internationally, offering various carriers and options at checkout.

  • Mail carriers consider “days” as business days (Monday – Saturday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders over $150 require an adult signature (both UPS and USPS).

  • No Saturday delivery for UPS 2nd Day or Next Day Air.

Careful Handling & Discreet Packaging:

  • All online orders are discreetly packaged in the order they are received.

  • Handling time ranges from 1-3 days, excluding weekends and holidays.

After Placing an Order:

  1. Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an order confirmation and receipt via email.

  2. Label Printing: Once the label is printed (within up to 3 days), you’ll receive another email with tracking information.

  3. Tracking Your Order: Track your order via the carrier’s website to know when it will arrive.

  4. Receive and Enjoy: Receive your order and experience our high quality THCA products.

  5. Reorder and Refer: Hopefully, you’ll reorder and refer friends to enjoy our products.

Shipping Tips:

  • Check spam/promotions folders for tracking emails.

  • Remember, our tracking information mirrors what you see online.

Common Issues:

  • Partial Order: Missing items due to our mistake will be promptly reshipped at no extra cost.

  • Package Not Received: Wait 24 hours and check with your local carrier before contacting us.

  • Package Theft: Unfortunately, we do not cover package theft; assume delivered means received.

  • Lost “In-Transit”: We’ll work to locate or replace lost packages, filing insurance claims if needed.

  • Signature Requirement: ‘High value’ deliveries from UPS and USPS now require a signature for timely delivery.
