Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Should 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot process a refund or exchange.

For a return to be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging. To initiate a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as:

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
